The DSS26 is a surface mount device manufactured by Bourne that features two Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) in a SOD-123 package and is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances RoHS directive. It is designed to provide electrical isolation, reduce component switching time, decrease power consumption and offer EMI/RFI noise suppression. This device is ideal for signal switching applications where ultra-low voltage drops must be maintained. It has a 20 V Forward Voltage, 60 mA Peak Repetitive Reverse Current, 10 µA Reverse Current Leakage, 2.0 pF Capacitance and a 200°C/W Junction to Case thermal resistance.
