The ARM-3.0/4 part of Breve Tufvassons' classification is a resilience classification system, developed by Tufvassons, which helps organizations understand, manage and measure the resilience of their organizational infrastructure. It is composed of four main levels of resilience assessment:
1. Reliability: This criterion measures the ability of the system components to operate as specified for an intended purpose.
2. Availability: This criterion measures the ability to access the intended functionality when it is needed, under normal conditions.
3. Maintainability: This criterion evaluates the measures taken to maintain the system at peak performance and how quickly and effectively the system can respond to a breakdown of any component.
4. Security: This criterion assesses the system's ability to resist and mitigate outside threats, such as malicious code, natural disasters, wrong configurations, and security vulnerabilities.
