TG BCT2019EXKV25-TR with Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SC-70-5 RoHS is an adjustable LDO manufactured by BROADCHIP. This device is used in different types of electronic equipment including industrial, telecommunication, instrumentation, audio and power applications.It features an adjustable voltage output from 0.7V to 7.0V in 10mV increments. The device features a very low dropout voltage of only 0.33V. It also has a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 150°C and an ultra high PSRR of 70dB. The device also has a low quiescent current of 15µA. In addition, it has a high output current of up to 500mA, short-circuit and over-temperature protection, and other safety features. These features make it an ideal choice for sensitive analog applications, where low noise, high accuracy and high PSRR performance are required.
