The optocoupler is optimized for PhotoIC circuits and provides a high speed isolation of up to 10Mbps with a wide isolation voltage range from 3750Vrms. It has a low propagation delay time of 3.3ns (TYP.) and a low turn-on time of 6ns (TYP.). The part gets its power from a 6-pin dual-in-line package and is available in surface mount or plastic encapsulated packages. This optocoupler is designed for intrusion detection, gaming and industrial control applications.
