It features a Schottky Clamped 3750Vrms isolation barrier with advanced over-voltage protection and a minimum CMTI of 5-SO for applications with high speed requirements, such as motors, drives, and controllers. This isolator has a data rate of 15 Mbps and an open collector output for convenient system integration.
