The ACPL-M60L-500E is a high-performance, single-channel logic output optoisolator manufactured by Broadcom. It features a Schottky Clamped 3750Vrms isolation barrier with advanced over-voltage protection and a minimum CMTI of 5-SO for applications with high speed requirements, such as motors, drives, and controllers. This isolator has a data rate of 15 Mbps and an open collector output for convenient system integration. The operating temperature range for this component is from -40°C to +85°C and the isolation voltage is up to 950VAC. This part is RoHS compliant and it's UL certified.
