Additional Infomation About Product

The Broadcom HCPL-0710-500E is a logic output optoisolator with 12.5 MBd push-pull, totem pole 3750Vrms 1 channel 10kV/µs CMTI 8-SO tall. It provides an industry-standard dual-in-line package optoisolator with two AEC-Q100 qualified transistors that are capable of providing a 65V output with dielectric isolation up to 3750V AC. It also provides logic level outputs with 1 Channel at 10kV/us and CMTI of 8-SO. The part is designed to work with either 3.3 or 5 V logic systems, and can drive a pair of internal Darlington output transistors. It features an open collector output with a pull up resistor, high common mode transient immunity, and extended operating temperature range of -40 to +125 °C. The HCPL-0710-500E is appropriate for sensing and isolation in indoor and outdoor applications, such as automotive.
