The Broadcom HCPL-2611-500E is a single-channel, 10MBd Logic Output Optoisolator with an open collector output and Schottky clamping. This device is designed to provide a high level of electrical isolation as well as industry-leading common-mode transient immune (CMTI) noise immunity, helping to protect critical circuits from electrical noise. This optoisolator has a voltage rating of 3750Vrms and a rise/fall time of 15kV/µs. It is designed as an 8-DIP (dual in-line package) with gull wing leads for surface mounting.
