HCPL-J314 0.6 Amp Output Current IGBT Gate Drive Optocoupler Data Sheet Lead (Pb) Free RoHS 6 fully compliant RoHS 6 fully compliant options available -xxxE denotes a lead-free product Description Features The HCPL-J314 family of devices consists of an AlGaAs LED 0.6 A maximum peak output current optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power 0.4A minimum peak output current output stage. These optocouplers are ideally suited for High speed response: driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control 0.7s max.pr opagationdela yo ver temperature inverter applications. The high operating voltage range range of the output stage provides the drive voltages required Ultrahigh CMR: min. 25kV/s at V = 1.5kV CM by gate controlled devices.
