Additional Infomation About Product

The HCPL-M454-500E is a high-speed optocoupler with 1Mb/s data rate and developed by Avago Technologies, a Broadcom company. This optocoupler has 3750Vdc of peak off-state voltage and isolation barrier that provide high level of protection for communications, control, and signal isolation applications. The optocoupler has a tight skew of less than 1µs and a Working Isolation Voltage of 3000VAC. It features a low propagation delay of only 7.5ns, supports a wide range of modulation schemes, and operates over a wide temperature range from 55°C to 105°C. In addition, the HCPL-M454-500E supports both AC and DC output conditions and has a very small package size of only 6-pin DIP.
