Data Sheet HSMF-C129 Tri-Color Top-Mount ChipLED Description Features The Broadcom HSMF-C129 is a 4-pin tri-color RGB LED LED with AlInGaP Red, InGaN Green and Blue and comes in an industry-popular 0805 footprint. This Small package size surface-mount chipLED has low package height of 0.5 mm, Compatible with reflow soldering which makes this product an ideal solution for applications Available in 8-mm tape on 7-in. diameter reels that have head room constraints, such as wearables and handheld portable devices. Applications This chipLED comes with integrated zener diode that Symbol indicator enables this part to achieve an ESD threshold of up to 8 kV Keypad backlighting for the blue and green colors. This chipLED offers Push button backlighting industry-leading light output performance by using efficient and high brightness AlInGaP and InGaN LED materials. This chipLED is compatible with reflow soldering process. For easy pick-and-place, parts are packed in tape and reel. Every reel is shipped from a single intensity and color bin for better uniformity control. CAUTION This LED is Class 1A ESD sensitive per ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001.
