SFH551/1-1 and SFH551/1-1V Receiver with Digital Output Stage for Polymer Optical Fiber Applications Data Sheet Description Features The SFH551/1-1 receiver is a transimpedance amplifi er Bipolar IC with open-collector output with an integrated photodiode and TTL open-collector Digital output, full TTL compatible output stage.
