The CAN1326 with RF Switches QFN-9 RoHS is a low-cost and high-performance, monolithic RF switch, designed for use in a wide range of wireless applications. It is built using a 0.13 um advanced CMOS process and featuring ultra-low insertion loss, high return loss and exceptional linearity performance. It is packaged in a tiny QFN-9 (2 mm x 2 mm) RoHS-compliant, lead-free package, and provides extremely simple pin functions for controlling power on/off, enabling five switch states based on logic 0 or 1 input levels. This device is ideal for a variety of mobile, automotive, and other wireless applications.
