The CJ78M15 is a Linear Voltage Regulator from Changjiang with a TO-252-2 (DPAK) RoHS package. It is a 3-pin device that offers a low dropout voltage and low quiescent current. The device features a low impedance over its full input voltage range and is capable of delivering up to 0.5A of current. It can provide an output voltage of 1.5V to 15V with a dropout voltage of 0.1V @ 0.5A. It is designed for use with low ESR ceramic capacitors and is ideal for low-noise, low power applications. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified and fully RoHS compliant, making it an ideal choice for automotive applications.
