The CJT1117B-5.0 Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) is a high performance, cost-effective linear voltage regulator suitable for battery-powered applications. This positive fixed 1.3V @ 1A, 15V 5V voltage regulator is packaged in a compact SOT-223 package and is compliant with the European RoHS directive. The low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, fast transient response and superior thermal design make the CJT1117B-5.0 ideal for portable electronic systems. The regulator can provide up to 1A output current and the tight load and line regulation ensure a stable output voltage over line, load and temperature variations. The CJT1117B-5.0 also includes several features such as overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection and current limit protection. With theses features, this LDO is a reliable and cost effective power solution for space-constrained applications.
