Electronics Co.The ZGY9803(ITR) is a photo interrupter through hole RoHS manufactured by Chau Light Electronics Co. It is made up of an infrared LED and an integrated phototransistor. The device has a 4.5 mm optical gap which is adjustable via the threaded adjustment wheel. It is designed to detect objects of any shape including single sheets of paper up to 8 mm in thickness. Additionally, the device is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) compliant and features a low profile protecting the device from dust and dirt. It is designed for various automation applications such as paper or object sensing, notebook PC detection, paper jam detection, vending machines, game machines or as a medical parts sensing device.
