The ES1624E is a one-part, liquid-applied conformal coating from Chemtronics. This product offers a great combination of excellent electrical properties, flexibility, thermal stability, and chemical protection. It is designed to protect electronic assemblies against humidity, corrosion, and harsh environmental conditions. This product provides superior adhesion on most surfaces and has a low moisture vapor transmission rate. The coating is available in two viscosity grades – 3500 cP and 8000 cP – which can be used to coat components of various sizes and shapes. The coating is modified acrylic based, contains no silicone or halogens, and is RoHS compliant.
