Additional Infomation About Product

The PN6780NEC-TI with DIP-8 AC-DC Controllers & Regulators ROHS is a medium current AC-DC switching regulator controller manufactured by Chipown. The device is housed in an 8-pin DIP (Dual Inline Package) with RoHS compliance. It supports operating junction temperatures up to 125°C and output voltages up to 40V. The device includes 2 channels of high voltage start up components, one internal current sense amplifier and a ramp compensation circuit. This enables the device to operate with very low start up and switching times. It is designed to allow for a highly efficient transient response for output currents up to 500mA and has an operating input voltage up to 65 VDC. The device also features internal logic to ensure safe guarding of the power switch and allows for fast fault detection and protection.
