The CMS89FT628 is a SOP28 RoHS compliant surface-mount integrated circuit manufactured by Cmsemicon. It is a low power, low voltage, 3.3V single-chip microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M0 technology. The core is designed to operate with up to 1.5V and up to 6V. It consists of 128 KBytes of Flash program memory, 32 KBytes of SRAM, 16-channel 10-bit A/D converter, one self-touch I/O, real-time clock, 2-channel Advanced Timer/Counter, one I2C interface, three USARTs, one SPI interface, etc. The CMS89FT628 supports a wide range of application functions and peripherals.
