Additional Infomation About Product

The CBMuD1201HAS8 Digital Isolator SOIC-8 RoHS is a 8-pin digital isolator manufactured by Corebai Microelectronics. It is used to isolate the two circuits electrically and prevent them from sharing the same ground. The device is constructed with substrates for insulation, galvanic isolation, and electro-discharge protection. It has a high common mode transient immunity of 36 kV/µs. The isolator features fast turn-on/off time (5 µs/4 µs) and a 26 kV/µs DGB common-mode rejection. It operates from supply voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5 V, and can handle signals up to 1 Mbit/s . In terms of reliability, it provides isolation lifetime of 200 million hours due to its high temperature grade (-40°C ~ +125°C). The device is RoHS compliant and has a SOIC-8 package with a narrow form factor.
