CorpThe K10101B Optocoupler DIP-4 RoHS from Cosmo Corp is a 4-pin through-hole mounted opto-isolator. It combines an infrared LED with a silicon NPN phototransistor to provide a low-cost, high-isolation interface between digital logic signals. The optocoupler has an operational temperature range from -55 degrees C to +105 degrees C and is RoHS compliant for lead-free manufacturing. It is capable of withstanding reverse voltage of 6V and a forward current of 25mA. It also has a low turn-on time of 10 microseconds and a response time of approximately 100ns.
