The KPS28010BTLD with Optocouplers SOP-4_P1.27 RoHS is an optically coupled MOSFET gate driver manufactured by the Taiwanese company Cosmo Electronics Corporation. The device features an isolation voltage of 5,000Vrms for maximum safety and reliability. It is designed to drive an N-channel MOSFET or an IGBT with low-side switching in inductive or capacitive loads. It is suitable for driving high-power motors, and comes in a small packages for the SOP-4_P1.27 RoHS pin configuration, with a recommended operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
