370184,01 is a DBK Technitherm thermal interface material (TIM). It is an electrically insulating, thermally conductive sheet of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) with an electrically conductive carbon-filled core. The sheet is designed for use in applications that require thermal management solutions, such as LED lighting, electronic components and displays. The material offers improved heat dissipation for significantly improved performance and reliability. The superior thermal conductivity of this material results in higher power output, higher efficiency, and lower thermal energy losses.
