MMB351 is a series of N-channel enhancement-mode field effect transistors used in various digital and analog applications. The transistor is a single-poly, silicon monolithic junction type with three terminals and is housed in a Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) package. It offers high switching speed, low RDS(ON) and excellent on-state performance, making it ideal for a variety of power and signal management applications.
