ElectronicsThe D3K610 Bridge Rectifier manufactured by Jing Heng Electronics is a single-phase Thyristor module. It is RoHS compliant and is made up of two opposing diodes connected in series across a single voltage source. This module is suitable for high power rectifying applications and is rated for a maximum of 610 Volts of operating voltage. It can dissipate up to 1.5kW of power which makes it suitable for high current applications. Additionally, it is equipped with a zero-crossing operating mode allowing it to regulate the current waveform for optimal efficiency. The D3K610 Bridge Rectifier is able to handle up to 3A of average current and 60A of RMS surge current.
