The DP4111 is a SOP-8 AC-DC Controllers & Regulators ROHS manufactured by Developer Microelectronics. It is a low ripple, low noise, wide input voltage range switching regulator, which is able to support various output voltages of 1.6 to 48V. The DP4111 is a one-time programmable regulator that supports output current up to 1A and switching frequency up to 1MHz. It also has built-in programmable soft-start, over temperature protection, and short-circuit protection. The device is offered in 8-pin SOP package, making it suitable for handheld applications. It is RoHS compliant and can operate in extreme temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
