Additional Infomation About Product

The AT25PE16-MHN-Y is a 16-megabit Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) nonvolatile memory from Dialog Semiconductor. It has a wide 33-MHz operating frequency for performance and is ideal for data logging, code shadowing, embedded radio and audio applications. The device comes in a 5x6x0.6 mm 12-pin UDFN package and is organized as 2,097,152 bytes of code memory (16 megabits). It offers SPI 3-wire read/write interface and features 50-nanosecond random read access time. Additionally, it features the hardware data protection of Write Protect (WP) pin and the Power Supply Voltage Supervisor (V cc Supervisor). The AT25PE16-MHN-Y will operate from a single 24-Vdd power supply over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
