Additional Infomation About Product

The IW1791-02 is a switching controller manufactured by Dialog Semiconductor and is packaged in an 8 pin plastic SOIC-8 RoHS package. It is designed to improve performance and system efficiency of fixed frequency DC to DC systems, and driving off-line converters. It features integrated gate drivers, precise current sensing, multiple fault protection modes, and digitial programmability. The switching frequency is adjustable from 100kHz to 650kHz, and it is compatible with MOSFETs and IGBTs. It also provides protection functionality when used with external RC snubbers. The IW1791-02 meets the criteria for lead-free components and is compliant with RoHS regulations.
