PART OBSOLETE AH3761 USE AH3774 HIGH SENSITIVITY HALL EFFECT LATCH Description Pin Assignments The AH3761 is an integrated Hall effect latched sensor designed for electronic commutation of brush-less DC motor applications. The ( Top View ) device includes an on-chip Hall voltage generator for magnetic OUT 3. sensing, a comparator that amplifies the Hall voltage, and a Schmitt 2. GND trigger to provide switching hysteresis for noise rejection, and open drain output. An internal bandgap regulator is used to provide 1. Vdd temperature compensated supply voltage for internal circuits and allows a wide operating supply range. SIP-3 (Bulk Pack) If a magnetic flux density larger than threshold Bop, DO is turned on (low). The output state is held until a magnetic flux density reversal ( Top View ) falls below Brp causing DO to be turned off (high). 3. OUT GND 2. 1 .
