The AH9247Z3-G1 is a Board Mount Hall Effect/Magnetic Sensor manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is a high-sensitivity, micro-power Omni Hall-Effect sensor with a built-in solid-state switch. It is designed for use in automotive, power management, and industrial applications. This sensor offers excellent accuracy and dynamic range. It features an integrated chopper-stabilized op-amp and RFI-shielding. The selection of power-saving operating modes, ranging from ultra-low quiescent current up to 2mA, delivers energy efficiency. The integrated serial peripheral interface (SPI) helps simplify communication with the controller, while the digital filter ensures stable yet responsive performance. The small 100-pin QFN package offers a compact footprint and is ultra-low profile. It is RoHS compliant and is designed to withstand harsh operating environments.
