The AP2553FDC-7 is a power switch IC manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to provide power distribution with a precision adjustable 5.5V 2.1A output and 210 kOhm impedance. It features a quiescent current of 15 µA, a low on-resistance of 22 mO and a logic compatible shutdown pin. It is suitable for a wide range of applications including high precision current regulation, thermal protection and over-current protection. This part also features under-voltage lockout and inrush current control. The operating temperature range is between -40°C to 85°C.
