Pb AZ7500B Lead-Free BB PULSE-WIDTH-MODULATION CONTROL CIRCUITS Description Pin Assignments The AZ7500B is a voltage mode pulse width modulation switching regulator control circuit designed primarily for power supply control. (Top View) The AZ7500B consists of a reference voltage circuit, two error 1IN+ 1 16 2IN+ amplifiers, an on-chip adjustable oscillator, a dead-time control (DTC) comparator, a pulse-steering control flip-flop, and an output control 1IN- 2 15 2IN+ circuit. The precision of voltage reference (V ) is improved up to REF 1% through trimming and this provides a better output voltage FEEDBACK REF 3 14 regulation. The AZ7500B provides for push-pull or single-ended 13 OUTPUT CTRL output operation, which can be selected through the output control. DTC 4 CT 5 12 VCC The difference between AZ7500B and AZ7500C is that they have 4.95V and 5V reference voltage respectively. RT 6 11 C2 The AZ7500B is available in standard packages of SO-16. 10 GND 7 E2 C1 9 E1 8 Features SO-16 Stable 4.95V Reference Voltage Trimmed to 1.0% Accuracy Uncommitted Output TR for 200mA Sink or Source Current Single-End or Push-Pull Operation Selected by Output Control Applications Internal Circuitry Prohibits Double Pulse at Either Output Complete PWM Control Circuit with Variable Duty Cycle SMPS On-Chip Oscillator with Master or Slave Operation Back Light Inverter Totally Lead-Free RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2) Charger Notes: 1.
