SemiconductorThe DI79L06UAB with LDO Voltage Regulator from Diotec Semiconductor is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator that is housed in a SOT-89 package and is designed to provide a constant regulated output voltage from -20V to -5.75V or -6.25V to 6.5V. It features a maximum output current of 6.5 mA with a resistor-based adjustable output voltage and is well suited to many applications such as low-current, low-power, and standby regulation. This voltage regulator provides accurate constant output voltage with a very low dropout voltage for reliable, efficient power supply without needing large ceramic output capacitors. It also comes with an integrated protection and reset circuitry to protect the board against over-temperature, over-current and other faults. This part is compliant with AEC-Q100 standards and is suitable for automotive applications.
