The S310 SMAF RoHS Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) is a low-profile, compact and highly efficient electronic part used in many industrial applications. It is manufactured by DIYI and is composed of two Schottky Barrier Diodes SBDs connected in reverse parallel and mounted on a printed circuit board. The S310 is designed to provide superior performance in high speed circuits, voltage up to 100V with a maximum current of 0.5A. It features low forward voltage drop and reverse leakage current, an ultra-fast switching speed, and excellent temperature performance.
