's BIM Reference Model
A1203.0 is the architectural model level within Dormer's Building Information Modeling (BIM) Reference Model. This model level consists of a high-level interface between various engineering systems, as well as a range of information that describes the physical characteristics of a building and its environment. At this level, a 3D model of the physical architecture is generated and includes details such as floor plans, elevations, sections, staircases, and general layout of the building. Information about the building materials, construction methods and occupancy parameters are also included. This model level may also include the location of utilities, pathways and other external features located on the site.
