E2v 8000305YA is a 4 megabit static random access memory device (SRAM) from ZILOG. It is rad-hard, and radiation tolerance compliant with ZILOG's ROC20 radiation tolerant standard. This device is capable of operating over the full range of temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. It is organized as 512Kx8 which means it has 512,000 words, each 8-bits wide and uses a single +5V power supply. It also features low power consumption, fast access time (5ns max), and provides low package loading. This device is available in a 44-pin ceramic quad flat pack (CQFP) packages.
