Additional Infomation About Product

The M38510/31602BEA is a quad independent, high-speed, dual rail-to-rail input/output gate buffer manufactured by E2v. This device is specifically designed for operation in high-speed signal switching and signal fan-out applications. It features an input voltage range from 0 to 3.6V and an output voltage range from 0 to 4.4V. The output rise and fall times are specified at 1.6ns and 0.9ns respectively. The output impedance is 100O. The ESD protection is specified at 2000V HBM, 1000V CDM and 400V MM for the human body model. It is available in a 24 pin SOT-143 RoHS compliant plastic package.
