Additional Infomation About Product

The M38510/34001B2A is an 80-pin dual-row surface-mount ceramic leadless chip carrier (CLCC) manufactured by E2v. It is a non-programmable supervisory circuit that provides system reset and power-on reset functions. It is an active high, low-dropout reset that supports up to two supply inputs, manual reset, and system reset. It is rated to operate over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and features an internal power-on reset (POR) timer to ensure reliable startup. The chip is designed to provide a reset de-assertion time of 10ms maximum and features accuracy of 200 ms (±50%) with a maximum capacitor of 1.0µF.
