Additional Infomation About Product

The 842 YD is a part of the Ersa pick and place machine, also known as the Ersa Dynamic Pick and Place Machine. It is designed for high-speed electronic component placement and removal from printed circuit boards (PCB) in the production of electronics. The 842 YD is a pick and place head that is equipped with a high-end vision fiducial alignment system. This system incorporates three cameras, ERSATRONICS® firmware, exact pickups and vision-centering software. It also features precision linear- and micro-placement heads and is capable of placing up to 8000 components per hour. The 842 YD can support a variety of configurations, including right angle and low angle placements, and is compatible with the Ersa software suite. This part of the machine is designed for large, high-volume production environments where accuracy and speed are essential.
