The 12-6 part of Europower is a set of European regulations for the implementation of common safety measures in new railway systems. The 12-6 part includes guidelines on the functioning of the European Rail Infrastructure Management System (ERIMS) and procedures for the introduction of new railway operations, as well as requirements for rolling stock, operational staff, operational rolling stock and their maintenance.
