The EL1013(TA)-VG is a 4-pin optocoupler with transistor output made by Everlight. It is designed for high speed, low current, and optically isolated data communication. It has an integrated infrared light emitting diode, a transistor output, and an additional photo detector for ultralow input bias current and ultrahigh-speed operation. This optocoupler offers a high common-mode transient immunity of up to 5 kV/µs, with CTR (current transfer ratio) of 130%, and a very low current transfer ratio flatness of ±20%. The optocoupler is suitable for applications in industrial and consumer electronic products including computers, game consoles, LCD TVs, PDAs and other portable devices. It is RoHS compliant and UL approved.
