It is an Electronic Part Number (EPN) assigned to a DIP-8 optocoupler, which is a device that enables electrical signals to be transmitted between two isolated circuits. This optocoupler is designed to transfer electrical signals between circuits while blocking high voltages and maintaining electrical isolation between input and output.
