The HIR65-21C/L289/TR8 is an infrared (IR) LED SMD with a size of 2x1.4x1.35mm manufactured by Everlight and compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive of the European Union. It is composed of an encapsulated light emitting diode (LED) in a resin package for surface mounting and is ideal for applications such as sensors, security systems, and automotive electronics. The device provides an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and an optical power of 16mW, with a wavelength of 860nm. The package includes an IR receiver and a built-in directivity filter that can achieve approx. 8m reception angle and good EMI protection.
