The FS276LF-A with Motor Drivers TO-92SP-4 RoHS is a four-channel motor driver IC designed and manufactured by Feeling. It is specifically designed to drive DC motors, stepper motors, and other brushless motors in applications such as massager machines, brushless DC motor drive systems, and other medical equipment. This IC features two full H-bridges with a high-power output and can drive up to four channels of motors. It enables precise control of motor speed and current, providing excellent quiet and efficient operation. Additionally, a built-in voltage regulator ensures stable and reliable operation even in severe operating conditions. In terms of RoHS statuses, this IC is compliant with European Union RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and is free from hazardous substances.
