TP-16 is a plastic part used in the Fix & Fasten system. It is normally used to secure a wall plug, also known as an anchor, in place when anchoring into concrete, brick, mortar and cinder block. The TP-16 part consists of two parts that screw together to form a secure hold. The top portion is the head, which is made of plastic, with ridges that fit the anchor into the wall and a round face to secure it in place. The bottom portion is the base, which is made of metal, that screws into the wall plug. This part is also designed to countersink into the desired material, providing an even, flush look.
