The SS610-B with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) SMB (DO-214AA) RoHS by Formosa is a fast switching, ultra-low vehicle Schottky diode. It is RoHS compliant, meaning it does not contain lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium (VI), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenylether (PBDE) flame retardants, as well as other hazardous substances. It has a reverse current of 60mA at 25°C, forward voltage of 630mV at 25A and a maximum operating junction temperature of 150°C. It is designed with an ultra-efficient design for power saving and has efficient heat dissipation. The robust package is hermetically sealed to ensure reliability and long life. It is suitable for high voltage switching circuits and other circuits requiring ultra-low on-state voltage drop.
