The SU310-F is a Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) SMAF RoHS manufactured by Formosa. It is a low voltage/low leakage SBD, with a maximum rated blockvoltage of 10 volts and a reverse leakage current of 4 nanoamperes (nA) at 25 degrees Celsius. Its construction is an epitaxially diffused p-type semiconductor and an n-type alloyed metal system.
