The FM2147 with PMIC - Battery Management SOIC-8 RoHS is an electronically operated battery management component manufactured by Fudan. It is an 8-pin, Surface-Mount, Soic-8 (Small Outline Integrated Circuit) package device capable of regulating flow of energy to and from the battery and monitoring its level of charge and discharge. It includes a battery voltage monitor, low battery voltage comparator, charge and discharge switch, over-voltage protection, over-charge / over-discharge protection, and protection against short circuit. The device features a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees Celsius and has a RoHS compliant design, which makes it suitable for use in consumer electronics, industrial applications and medical devices.
