MicroelectroncisThe FM116C with SOT-23-6 is a RoHS-compliant Motor Driver IC manufactured by Fuman Microelectroncis. It is a fully integrated high-current motor driver IC that provides complete motor control solutions with low power consumption. It comes with built-in over-current, thermal shutdown, and short circuit protection features. The driver is designed to work with brushless DC motors as well as stepper motors. Its three-phase driver interface makes it suitable for driving both three-phase BLDC motors and two-phase stepper motors. Additionally, it supports PWM speed control and can be used in applications such as adjustable speed fan control, motor speed control, positioning systems, and power tools.
