Additional Infomation About Product

The TC1508S is an electronic part designed and manufactured by Fuman. It is a dual-channel motor driver which incorporates two independent low-side drivers (LDOs) and two high-side drivers (HDOs). The device is RoHS compliant, uses an SOP-16 package with a package size of 150mil, and offers up to 3.3A of continuous output current. The product is suitable for driving DC motors, stepper motors, AC motors, and other motor-integrated applications. It features built-in over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and over-temperature protection for reliable operation. The part also features a wide operating voltage range of 4.5V to 25V and provides a logic interface that is compatible with both 3.3V and 5V systems.
