The 79L05 with Dropout Regulators LDO SOT-89 RoHS by FUXINSEMI is a 3-terminal fixed output, low voltage positive voltage regulator and a step-down switching voltage regulator. It features an internal current limiting, a safe-area-compensation, a thermal shutdown, and a short-circuit protection. This 79L05 LDO has an operating temperature range of -40°C ~125°C with an output voltage range of 1.2V~25V. It is suitable for commercial applications, such as logic IC's, LCDs, CPUs and other DC-DC converters.
